Join the Dots Programme

Connecting School, Home, and the Child Through Specialist SEND Support
The Join the Dots Programme is a holistic, child-centred and SEND-informed service designed to bridge the gap between school, home, and the pupil. Rooted in a family link support approach, this programme ensures that communication, strategies, and emotional support are aligned across all environments.
What is the Join the Dots Programme?
This programme provides therapeutic, at-home counselling support alongside structured communication between families and education settings.
It is particularly effective as an early intervention and reintegration pathway, supporting pupils who may be at risk of exclusion, emotionally based school avoidance, or disengagement.
Our approach “joins the dots” between:
-
Home (family dynamics and lived experience)
-
School (expectations, structure, and support systems)
-
The child (emotional wellbeing, needs, and voice)
