Carole Wilmont

Founder and Managing Director

Hi I am Carole; I started CALM with Carole in July 2018 when 2 young people came to a

sensory based workshop I ran in Ballyclare, since then CALM has become so much more

than I could have ever imagined. It has become a physical representation of my heart and has

allowed me the opportunity to invest and journey with those who need someone

appropriate for a particular season in their lives. I feel so blessed to listen, draw, build,

dance, be silent and journey with children, young people and families in what is often their

darkest and most enlightening moments. I am an integrative counsellor and have been

practicing for 8 years, I love to think like there is no box in sessions and allow clients to

express in the ways that allow them to feel safe and comfortable.

Tracie McFerran

Operations Manager and Counselling Lead

Hello. I am a qualified and experienced counsellor working from an integrated approach to support your journey. My experience includes supporting clients with stress and anxiety as well as low self-esteem and confidence issues. I work with children and with parents who have children with additional needs and/or life limiting conditions. I can offer 1-1 therapy and group workshops that are tailored to your needs. Being part of the CALM with Carole team is a privilege and the ethos of Carole not only as a business but personally is reflected in the amazing services she offers to everyone.
